Newcomer girl groups 2NE1 and 4Minute will come together for the 1st ‘confrontation’ coming 18th June.

They will be performing on Mnet M!Countdown coming 18th June, both 1st time on this music show for the 2 groups. It will be 2NE1’s first performance on this show since debut and will be the debut stage for group 4Minute.

YG Entertainment said on the 16th via phone interview, “We have decided for the girls to perform on M!Countdown coming 18th. But for the music shows this weekend, we have not yet decided about it.” All this while the girls have been performing just once a week to focus on the quality of their performance. Whether they will perform more than twice this week has not been confirmed.

While 4Minute will also have their debut stage performing ‘Hot Issue’ on M!Countdown. They were also the top searched keywords on portal sites after their song was revealed yesterday.
